Information we collect
When you book a consult, call, text, or email us, we collect what you give us directly: name, phone number, email address, business name, and anything you share about your project. If we build or maintain a website or automation for you, we also handle the business information needed to run it (hours, services, customer contact details used in your automations).
How we use it
- To respond to consult requests and questions
- To design, build, and maintain the website or automations you've hired us for
- To send appointment reminders, invoices, and service updates related to work we're doing for you
- To send SMS/text messages you've opted into (see below)
We do not sell your information. We don't share it with third parties except the service providers needed to run your site or automations (for example, hosting or messaging providers), and only as needed to provide that service.
SMS & text message consent
If you opt in to receive text messages from us — or from a business we've set up automations for — the following terms apply:
- By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive SMS messages related to appointments, reminders, review requests, and follow-ups.
- Message frequency varies based on your activity (e.g., appointments booked, services completed).
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP at any time to opt out of text messages. Reply HELP for help.
- Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
- Your phone number and consent are not shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
